# Onboarding

Dieses Onboarding ist der **schnellste und sicherste Einstieg in Selmo**.

Es soll dir:

* ein korrektes mentales Modell vermitteln
* falsche Erwartungen vermeiden
* Orientierung geben, bevor du ins Detail gehst

Es ersetzt **keine** Referenzdokumentation\
und erklärt **keine** technischen Details.

### Was dich hier erwartet

Im Onboarding findest du zwei kurze Texte:

* **Selmo in 10 Minuten**\
  → eine kompakte Einführung in Denkweise, Struktur und Ziel von Selmo
* **Wie lese ich Selmo?**\
  → eine Anleitung, wie diese Dokumentation aufgebaut ist\
  → und wie du sie sinnvoll nutzt

Beide Texte sind:

* bewusst kurz
* bewusst präzise
* bewusst ohne Technikdetails

### Was du nach dem Onboarding kannst

Nach dem Onboarding solltest du:

* wissen, was Selmo grundsätzlich ist
* verstehen, warum Selmo so aufgebaut ist
* einschätzen können, welche Kapitel für dich relevant sind

Wenn du danach tiefer einsteigen willst:

* gehe direkt in die Referenzkapitel
* nutze das Glossar
* lies nicht linear, sondern gezielt
