The same rules apply during manual operation. Every manual movement is checked by the Manual Cross Interlocklogic.
When the operator presses a button, Selmo automatically asks: – are all conditions met, – is no other zone active, – is the operation safe?
If a condition is violated, the action is blocked. The operator sees the reason on the HMI, e.g.: "Blocked – Cylinder 2 not retracted".
This keeps manual operation rule-based, traceable and safe.
