The HMI representation is directly linked to the model.
Each zone automatically has:
– a color coding (green = active, red = interlock, yellow = monitoring, gray = inactive),
– a text that describes the expected state,
– an automatic display in the diagnostic window.
This allows the operator to know at any time, what is happening and why.
This automatic generation saves engineering time and prevents misunderstandings between control and HMI developers.
